Tibet Girls School Gallery:
WBEZ's Global Activism Expo
April 28, 2012
Hosted by the UIC Social Justice Initiative, the Global Activism Expo brings together more than 100 Chicago-area activists. This free event gives attendees the unique opportunity to attend presentations, network with other Chicagoans interested in this work, as well as shop for art, fair-trade jewelry and apparel (where proceeds go to fund organizational efforts).

Tsogyaling board members Louise Rosenberg (left) and Nancy Floy were delighted to see Chicago Public Radio Worldview host Jerome McDonnell again and thank him for inviting us to the Expo this year.
Many thanks to our board members and volunteers — including Nancy Floy and Beverly Zeldin-Palmer above — for all their hard work in creating our beautiful booth and sharing news about our classes and girls school with expo attendees.
