Tibet Girls School Gallery:
WBEZ's Global Activism Expo
April 28, 2012

Hosted by the UIC Social Justice Initiative, the Global Activism Expo brings together more than 100 Chicago-area activists. This free event gives attendees the unique opportunity to attend presentations, network with other Chicagoans interested in this work, as well as shop for art, fair-trade jewelry and apparel (where proceeds go to fund organizational efforts).

Many thanks to our board members and volunteers — including Nancy Floy and Beverly Zeldin-Palmer above — for all their hard work in creating our beautiful booth and sharing news about our classes and girls school with expo attendees.
