UPDATE: On April 25th, the Board of Directors unanimously voted to rebuild Tibet Girls School. Despite the complications of communicating with the school's director and others during this time of crisis, plans are already underway to continue and classes are being set up in temporary tents. Nancy and Asang are making travel plans to visit the area as soon as they can; Nancy has already received her travel visa to go to Yushu. We are working with architects and seeking additional funding to expand our school and educate more girls.
If you know of any foundations, grant opportunities or other resources to help us in this rebuilding effort, please call Nancy Floy at 847.491.1122 x11 or click here to email.

Enjoy the beautiful space at The Cellar at the Stained
Glass Bistro
as we gather to enjoy Tibetan Folk Entertainment, good food and
to renew our efforts to rebuild the school to educate and empower
even more Nomad girls. Our gratitude for the great generosity to The Cellar at The Stained Glass Bistro for hosting this event.
